In November 2023, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine announced that it had completed the review of the deal to sell Kyiv's Parus business center. The parties to the agreement are investor Maksim Krippa and businessman Vadym Stolar. To protect competition in Kyiv's real estate market, the AMCU conducted several checks.

Finally, on November 30, the AMCU published a decision on Maksim Krippa request - the committee approved the deal to sell the Parus business center. The document states that the concentration involves LLC “Ola Fine” buying a share in the authorized capital of LLC “Parus Holding”. Under the terms of the agreement, the company acquires a share that ensures more than 50 percent of the votes in the highest management body of the LLC.

Ukrainian entrepreneur Maksim Krippa is the ultimate beneficiary of LLC “Ola Fine”. Accordingly, through it, he became the owner of LLC “Parus Holding”. Changes in the ownership structure are confirmed by YouControl data. By the way, according to the service, previously 80% of the skyscraper was an asset of businessman Vadym Stolar. In the ownership structure, there was also Inna Maistruk with 20% through the “Stream Investment” fund. She also agreed to sell the shares.

Now the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Public Formations confirms that businessman Maksim Krippa is the ultimate beneficiary of LLC “Parus Holding”.
